Appearance and Properties of the Materials
Stainless steel and titanium
The surface has a slightly rough texture, and the reliefs are not quite as delicate as those on our jewelry cast from brass or silver.
The inner surfaces are polished. Occasional subtle traces of finishing may be visible.
This “heavy-duty look” jewelry is very robust and is often preferred by men.
Silver and silver-plated/gold-plated brass
With this highly polished jewelry, the fine details of the reliefs are particularly easy to see. The look is elegant, and the jewelry feels sturdy and high-quality.
For silver or silver-plated/gold-plated jewelry, we also apply an ultra-thin special coating that protects against tarnishing and possible skin allergies.
To make the jewelry pieces, a wax mold is created, from which a plaster mold is then made. This is subsequently cast with liquid silver or brass and extensively finished by hand.
We do not skimp on materials, so the jewelry remains sturdy and valuable.
What is the production time?
In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days.
For jewelry that is not in stock, production takes 15 to 20 business days.
With the wide range of designs, materials, and sizes, we offer almost 7,000 variants. As a small family business, we cannot afford to maintain such a large inventory. We therefore usually make our jewelry to order and keep only small quantities in stock.
Personalized jewelry
If you would like a custom engraving, we always make a new piece of jewelry for this purpose, which will be ready after 15 to 20 business days.
How to Find the Right Ring Size
Choosing the right ring size ensures that your new piece of jewelry from MyCityToGo fits perfectly - neither too loose nor too tight. Since fingers can change throughout the day, you should consider these measuring tips:
1. The Best Time to Measure
Fingers are not always the same thickness; they vary depending on the temperature and time of day:
Measure in the evening: Fingers are usually slightly thicker in the evening than in the morning.
Pay attention to the temperature: In cold conditions, fingers contract; in warm conditions (or after exercising), they swell slightly. It is best to measure at normal room temperature.
2. Don't Forget the Knuckles
The ring must ultimately fit not only at the base of the finger but also over the knuckle. If your knuckles are somewhat wider, please measure directly at the knuckle or, if in doubt, choose the larger ring size so that the ring can be put on and taken off easily later.
3. Consider the Ring Width
Our rings are relatively wide. Wide rings fit more tightly around the finger and create more friction. We therefore recommend choosing one size larger than you would need for a narrow ring.
4. Which Finger Will You Wear It On?
The left and right hands are rarely exactly identical. The ring finger of the right hand may be a different size from the ring finger of the left hand. So measure the exact finger on which you actually want to wear the ring later.
5. Easy Methods to Use at Home
Method A (Your Existing Favorite Ring): Take a ring that already fits you perfectly. Use a ruler to measure the inner diameter in millimeters (excluding the ring band!).
Method B (Strip of Paper): Wrap a narrow strip of paper around the part of your finger where the ring should sit. Mark the point where the strip overlaps with a pen. The length of the strip in millimeters corresponds to the inner circumference (EU ring size).
6. Request a Multisizer
If you are unsure, simply order our ring size measuring tape Multisizer. Please use our contact form, note there that you need a Multisizer measuring tape, and provide your address. We will then send you a ring measuring tape free of charge immediately.

Important Safety and Care Instructions for Your Jewelry
⚠️ Safety and Warning Instructions:
- Choking hazard: This product is not a toy. It contains small parts (clasps, chain links) and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of the reach of children.
- Risk of injury: Remove the jewelry before exercising, sleeping, swimming, or doing manual work. There is a risk of getting caught or constricted.
- Strangulation hazard: Long necklaces or leather cords can cause strangulation if they become caught or snagged.
- Heat & electricity: Since metals (stainless steel, titanium, silver, brass) conduct heat and electricity, do not wear the jewelry in the sauna, while sunbathing, or when working near electrical sources (risk of burns or electric shock).
- Material intolerance: Despite careful material selection, sensitive individuals may experience skin reactions. Remove the product immediately if redness or itching occurs.
✨ Special Instructions for Gold-Plated & Silver-Plated Surfaces:
To ensure that you can enjoy your piece of jewelry for a long time, please observe the following instructions to protect the surface finish:
- Avoid chemicals: The gold or silver layer on brass is delicate. Avoid direct contact with perfume, hair spray, lotions, disinfectants or cleaning products, as these may remove or discolor the coating.
- Moisture: Remove the jewelry before showering, bathing (in saltwater or chlorinated water), or engaging in activities that cause heavy sweating. Moisture accelerates the natural oxidation process and the abrasion of the finish.
- Abrasion: Mechanical friction (e.g. from other pieces of jewelry or rough clothing) causes the precious-metal layer to wear away. This is a normal wear process and does not constitute a material defect.
- Cleaning: Clean the jewelry only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or polishing pastes.
