We ship in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days, while individually crafted pieces have a delivery time of 3.5 to 4 weeks. Since we do not keep every design and size in stock permanently, our partners make many pieces to order. After the actual production time (approximately 8 to 12 business days) and transit to us, we carry out the final polishing and sealing in our own workshop before your package is sent directly to you.

Because every piece of jewelry that is not in stock is newly produced for you as a one-of-a-kind piece using an elaborate precision process. We consolidate our production orders several times a week in small batches to conserve resources. Once each piece arrives at our facility, it then undergoes finishing with manual polishing and protective sealing.

We ship insured with established parcel services, usually DHL/Deutsche Post, and send you a tracking number immediately after handing the shipment over to the service provider. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you can view the current delivery status online at any time.

We ship to Germany, nearly all European countries, and many other regions worldwide. The options available for your delivery country and the exact shipping costs will be clearly displayed in the checkout area before you complete your order.

Cancellation or changes are only possible as long as your order has not yet been sent to our production partners. Once on-demand manufacturing or custom engraving and embossing has begun in the production process, the order can no longer be stopped. If you would like to make any changes afterward, please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing your order.

No, jewelry with individually requested engravings is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and return. However, you can easily return undamaged and unworn standard items without personalization to us within the regular period.

Yes, we offer personalized inner engraving for our rings and bangles for an additional charge of €18.50. For rings, we integrate your desired text (up to 30 characters) into the design in addition to the city name. For bangles, the personal text (up to 60 characters) replaces the city name on the inside. Common special characters and umlauts are no problem; we use Calibri as the standard font.

We do not laser engrave afterward; instead, we model your text directly into the jewelry piece’s 3D casting mold. This means the inscription is cast seamlessly into the piece, does not wear off on the surface, and remains permanently visible deep within the material. Due to this elaborate production process, the delivery time for personalized pieces is approximately 4 weeks.

No, we currently do not offer custom engraving for our necklaces and pendants. These pieces are available exclusively in the standard designs shown.

Simply enter your text directly into the designated text field on the relevant ring or bangle product page. There, you will also find all character limits and notes at a glance before adding the product to your cart.

We generally offer custom-made designs or completely new city designs only for minimum orders of 50 pieces (for example, for clubs, companies, or institutions). Since the 3D modeling and CAD design of a new skyline design is very labor-intensive, unfortunately we cannot implement such orders economically for individual pieces of jewelry. If you are planning a larger project or a club edition, please feel free to contact us for an individual quote.

We offer our collections in stainless steel (316L, optionally genuinely gold-plated in-house), titanium, solid 925 sterling silver, as well as silver-plated and gold-plated brass. We process titanium and stainless steel using state-of-the-art laser melting, while silver and brass pieces are created using the traditional lost-wax casting process.

Stainless steel and titanium have a slightly rough textured surface in a distinctive heavy-duty look, with the inner surfaces polished. By contrast, our cast jewelry made of silver or brass features high-gloss polished surfaces and particularly fine, delicate relief details of the skylines.

Coatings protect more delicate metals from tarnishing and preserve the finish's shine. While stainless steel and titanium are naturally extremely durable and remain uncoated, we protect silver and brass rings and bangles with a hard-wearing special coating against abrasion. Pendants and chains receive a protective nano-coating.

For regular cleaning, a dry, soft microfiber cloth is perfectly sufficient. Avoid harsh chemical silver cleaners, ultrasonic baths, or abrasive polishes, as these can damage the protective coating and gold plating. Remove your jewelry before contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorine, or salt water.

Measure the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring, or use our free ring sizer (Multisizer), which you can request via our contact form. Since our Skyline rings are relatively wide, we generally recommend choosing the next larger size if in doubt. It is best to measure in the evening at normal room temperature, and make sure the ring will also fit over your knuckle.

Measure the width of your wrist and use our size chart to select the appropriate inner diameter (from S at 5.3 cm to XXL at 8.1 cm). Our bangles are shaped as open, oval cuffs and can be gently bent open for easy fitting. If in doubt, choose the slightly larger option so the cuff fits loosely and comfortably.

Each pendant comes with a free 2 mm thick black necklace made of waxed leather cord, so the jewelry is ready to wear immediately. You can select your preferred length of 40, 50, or 60 cm directly on the product page.

Yes, you can use any chain of your choice whose clasp and chain fit through the 3.3 mm eyelet of the attached swivel. This swivel allows the pendant to rotate freely while worn, ensuring that both the front and back are displayed equally.

Our pendants are solidly crafted and noticeably high-quality, weighing approximately 12 g in brass and around 15 g in 925 sterling silver. For comparison: A standard €2 coin weighs about 8.5 g. Thanks to this deliberate use of materials, the pendants sit securely and provide a durable feel.

No, subsequent size adjustments are technically not possible, as they would damage our cast and laser-melted relief structures. If the size does not fit, we will easily exchange unworn standard items for the correct size.

You can easily return unworn standard items within the regular period or exchange them for a different size. If the replacement item is not in stock in your desired size, it will be made especially for you, which means the regular production time of around 3.5 to 4 weeks applies. Please note that items with personalized engravings cannot be exchanged or returned.
