Shipping costs & delivery times within Germany

• Flat shipping fee: 4.00 EUR
• Free shipping: We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 100.00 EUR.
• Delivery times: We generally hand items that are in stock over to DHL one day after the order is placed. The package usually takes 2 business days to arrive after that. Jewelry made of gold-plated stainless steel is gold-plated in-house by us. We generally hand these pieces over to DHL 2 to 3 days after the order is placed.

Worldwide shipping

In principle, we ship to almost every country in the world. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed transparently at checkout.

• Exception: USA: Due to the current customs regulations of the US government, we are unfortunately not currently shipping to the United States.
• Non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK): Please note that any customs duties or import VAT that may apply to deliveries outside the EU must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking link.

Returns & cancellation

You can easily return or exchange unused goods within the statutory deadlines. Please note: Custom-made jewelry or pieces with personalized text embossing / engraving are excluded from exchanges and returns.
In the event of cancellation, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping in accordance with our cancellation policy.
